The Adventures of Horatio Hornblower was a 52-episode, 30-minute radio series produced by Harry Towers and starring Michael Redgrave as Horatio Hornblower that originally aired in 1952 on Radio Luxembourg before being broadcast in the United States by CBS, ABC, and the Mutual Broadcasting System through 1957. The series followed the career of C.S. Forester's character from a junior officer to a full Admiral of the Fleet during the Napoleonic Wars.
